When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected enquiry topic and the message you choose to send. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information such as your IP address, device, browser and request time for security and service operation.

3. How we use it

We use this information to receive and respond to enquiries, discuss possible work, maintain the security and reliability of this website, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.

4. Service providers and overseas processing

Contact-form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and forwarded to aloaksi's email. hCaptcha helps prevent automated abuse. Website hosting and email providers may also process information for us. Some of these providers operate outside Malaysia, including in the United States. We only share information needed for these services to work.

5. Cookies and similar technology

aloaksi does not currently use advertising cookies or website analytics. Essential security services such as hCaptcha may use device information or similar technology to distinguish people from automated traffic.

6. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry records only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting requirements. We securely delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service is completely risk-free, so please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or other highly sensitive information through the contact form.

8. Your choices and rights
